Alkalizing Ice Cream (like this is good and relatively healthy too!)

Use a 5 Qt Ice Cream Freezer
2 cans Coconut Milk (stir in rest of the ingredients as they are added to avoid clumping)
1 ½ Tbsp. Coconut Oil
2+ big squirts Stevia
1 cup Almonds (grind to small but still crunchy)
¼ cup Flax Seeds
1 ½ Tbsp. Almond Butter
Real Salt – many shakes - to taste
3 tsp. Soy Sprouts
½ cup Coconut (flakes)
1-2 cartons Almond Milk – add to fill line on ice cream container
2 ½ Tbsp Vanilla Natural Flavor
6 good shakes of Cinnamon (with holes in top of cinnamon container)
Toppings - carob chips (you can add to ice cream or have as a topping) & a mixture of seeds and nuts
