Dear Friends,

I hope that you’ve enjoyed a spectacular summer and all of the activities that go along with it. I’ve been enjoying the summer with lots of camping, hiking, ATVing, horseback riding, fishing, golfing and other activities that I enjoy. This summer I also picked up the BEST book that I’ve ever read on the subject of health and nutrition. I wanted to share this book with you because I’ve no doubt that it will prove to be the best advice on health and nutrition that you will ever have.

The book was written by T. Colin Campbell, Ph.D. Dr. Campbell is Jacob Gould Schurman Professor Emeritus of Nutritional Biochemistry at Cornell University. In the introduction Dr. Campbell gives us a good peak at what is to come when he says, “Even though information and opinions are plentiful, very few people truly know what they should be doing to improve their health. This isn’t because the research hasn’t been done. It has. We know an enormous amount about the links between nutrition and health. But the real science has been buried beneath a clutter of irrelevant or even harmful information – junk science, fad diets and food industry propaganda. I want to change that. I want to give you a new framework for understanding nutrition and health, a framework that eliminates confusion, prevents and treats disease and allows you to live a more fulfilling life.”

In his research Dr. Campbell has proven that diet turns cancer cells “on and off” and explains why. The book, “The China Study” is the most comprehensive study of health and nutrition ever conducted and was the culmination of a twenty year partnership of Cornell University, Oxford University and the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine. You owe it to yourself and your loved ones to read this book and learn the truth about what you can do for your health. Feel free to pick it up at your favorite bookstore or order it at the website www.alkalizingwater.com
